For this turnkey project, MODLOGIQ’s Design Assist team worked with the Owner’s Architect of Record to convert the original design intended for conventional, stick-built construction into a modular project that could be built off-site in our New Holland plant to a 90% completion level, and then transported, installed and completed at the site.
We challenge you to find an off-site modular construction company that achieves 85% to 95% completion levels at the plant. AND delivers a 100% turnkey solution—from demo of the existing building on the property all the way through Certificate of Occupancy.
The challenge—transport across 1,400 miles all the modules, high hats, and parapets needed to erect a ~3,500 SF retail bank branch in Blue Springs, MO. It took efficient engineering.
