TURNKEY PROJECT: <100 DAYS FROM PERMIT TO CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY

Here's a challenge MODLOGIQ delivered on beautifully—full turnkey execution of a bank branch project…from design assist to Certificate of Occupancy. Thanks to close collaboration between MODLOGIQ, the owner and the architect/design and construction management partners, this national bank branch opened less than 100 days after award of building permit.


For this turnkey project, MODLOGIQ’s Design Assist team worked with the Owner’s Architect of Record to convert the original design intended for conventional, stick-built construction into a modular project that could be built off-site in our New Holland plant to a 90% completion level, and then transported, installed and completed at the site.


We challenge you to find an off-site modular construction company that achieves 85% to 95% completion levels at the plant. AND delivers a 100% turnkey solution—from demo of the existing building on the property all the way through Certificate of Occupancy.


The challenge—transport across 1,400 miles all the modules, high hats, and parapets needed to erect a ~3,500 SF retail bank branch in Blue Springs, MO. It took efficient engineering. Careful route planning. Rugged protective wraps. Specialized lowboy trailers. Meticulous staging. And pinpoint coordination.
