New Holland, Pennsylvania – April 16, 2020 – MODLOGIQ, Inc. (Formerly NRB USA) and their building partner Axis Construction Group of Hauppauge, NY, leaders in off-site modular construction, are preparing to deliver much needed patient care space to New York and Good Samaritan hospital on Long Island.

The project is currently being fabricated in the MODLOGIQ manufacturing plant and was scheduled to deliver later this month, but the completion and delivery were expedited in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The building is a 7,000 / square foot, Pediatric Emergency Room addition, which will add 12 new patient treatment rooms. It includes state of the art building technology, medical gas headwall system, a fully tested mechanical, plumbing, and electrical system, motion sensing doors, windows, flooring, wall coverings, and exterior finishes including a split-faced block veneer to match the existing facility.
