ACLD - CHARLES EVANS HEALTH CENTER

When ACLD [Adults & Children with Learning & Developmental Disabilities] needed a new Healthcare Service Facility, they chose off-site construction as a more efficient and sustainable building solution that would improve on-site safety by reducing construction activity and related hazards on their campus. ​ ACLD required adding required adding a healthcare services center to the Lindner Campus. ACLD chose MODLOGIQ's permanent off-site construction process for their expedited construction schedule. ​ Allowing for fewer disturbances to their existing site, there was less vehicular traffic and 'green' benefits by building in a controlled environment. ​ This facility contains examination rooms, counseling rooms, dental operation centers, and a bright, welcoming lobby.
