MODLOGIQ ANNOUNCES SIX PROMOTIONS AND A NEW HIRE

New Holland, PA – UPDATED September 21, 2022 – MODLOGIQ, the leader in SMART OFF-SITE CONSTRUCTION, announces a new hire and five promotions to support our continued strong growth in 2022.


“Hiring a new HR Manager will help us continue to grow the MODLOGIQ team and further improve our standing as a Great Place to Work®,” notes Jim Gabriel, President/CEO of MODLOGIQ. “Further, these promotions of key employees are proof that our strategy of hiring strong leaders and providing them with clear paths for career advancement is paying dividends. By leveraging their expertise in off-site modular construction, process improvement, and operational excellence, we continue to develop a strong leadership team capable of delivering award-winning work on some of the most demanding projects in the industry.”

Joe Dattoli is promoted to General Manager for the New Holland plant. As the New Holland Business Unit Leader (BUL), Joe has primary responsibility for developing and delivering on the strategic business plan. Joe has oversight and accountability for all business unit operational activities to achieve our stated goals and standards for safety, quality, financial stability, and growth. Joe has been with MODLOGIQ for six years, leading the project management team on numerous award-winning projects while also providing strong leadership in the strategic sourcing department as we’ve successfully responded to some of the most difficult supply chain challenges in our +40-year history.


Magdalena Murphey is promoted to Senior Director of Operations and Strategy. In her new role, Mag continues oversight of all operational daily business, including development of strategic plans for more efficient operations, finance management, project and process monitoring and improvement, and KPI reporting, while adding responsibility for our Safety and Quality programs. In her previous role of Director of Operations and Strategy, Mag has been a great partner to all MODLOGIQ departments as we developed and executed a greater level of organization around strategy implementation, process improvement and reporting. With Mag’s leadership, we look forward to accelerated progress in process improvement and operational excellence that benefits our staff, building partners, and clients.

Casey Covatta is promoted to Director of Pre-Construction. The Pre-Construction department now includes Design, Estimating, and Procurement functions and, in his new role, Casey will be responsible for all design, estimating, and procurement activities, including contract delivery for all pre-construction and construction contracts. In the six years Casey has been at MODLOGIQ, he has been promoted numerous times, with roles as Job Foreman, Supervisor, Estimator, and Pre-Construction Manager. As a visionary and dedicated leader with a “whatever it takes” mindset, Casey is ideally suited to take our Pre-Construction department to the next level.

Randy Harding is promoted to Plant Operations Manager. In his new role, Randy will be primarily responsible for managing all of our plant resources—including the people, facility, equipment, and material—to continue our 40+ year heritage of safely delivering schedule acceleration, budget certainty, superior quality, least site impact, and greatest sustainability to our customers. Randy has been with MODLOGIQ for 15 years and has provided consistent leadership of the structural steel department. He has also been our trusted point person for transportation and logistics on our highest-profile projects.
