MODLOGIQ took home three Awards of Distinction at the 2023 World of Modular conference in Las Vegas last week!
The Chase National Bank branch won first place in the “Retail, Permanent Modular under 10,000 Square Feet” category. This project showcased MODLOGIQ’s schedule acceleration advantage, opening less than one hundred days after groundbreaking. It was a fully turnkey execution, encompassing demolition, design consulting, in-plant fabrication, transport of more than fourteen hundred miles, site installation, and Certificate of Occupancy.
The Cherokee Lane Elementary School was awarded an Honorable Mention in the “Education, Permanent Modular over 10,000 Square Feet” category. This project prototyped the solution to the lack of greenfield sites for new schools that challenged Prince George’s County Public Schools. Instead, Cherokee Lane showcased how new schools could be built on current schoolground sites—using off-site modular construction to minimize disruption.
The Charter Homes sales office project received an Honorable Mention award in the “Special Use, Permanent Modular under 10,000 Square Feet” category. To meet an almost-impossible schedule of forty-five days from project start to grand opening, this Design Build project repurposed two existing structural modules. Unlike the prefabricated wood modules Charter Homes had used previously, this “permanent yet relocatable” building delivered the high-end aesthetics and upscale amenities essential to sales success at the marquee Crescent Community.
