MODLOGIQ Wins 3 Awards of Distinction at World of Modular 2023

New Holland, PA – April 1, 2023 – MODLOGIQ, a leader in off-site construction of commercial modular buildings, is proud to announce it took home three Awards of Distinction at the World of Modular 2023. The Chase Bank project won 1st Place “Retail, Under 10K SF” and two projects received Honorable Mentions: Cherokee Lane Elementary School “Education, Over 10K SF” and Charter Homes Sales Office “Special Use, Under 10K SF.”

JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. This project showcased schedule acceleration—thanks to MODLOGIQ’s SMART OFF-SITE CONSTRUCTION—opening less than one hundred days after ground breaking. It was a fully turnkey execution, encompassing demolition, design consulting, in-plant fabrication, transport of more than fourteen hundred miles, site installation, and Certificate of Occupancy.

Cherokee Lane Elementary School. This project prototyped the solution to Prince George’s County Public Schools’ lack of greenfield sites for building new schools. With the Cherokee Lane project, MODLOGIQ demonstrated how new schools could be built on EXISTING schoolgrounds—using off-site modular construction to minimize disruption. While classes continued less than one hundred yards away, the new ninety-six thousand square foot school was built in record time for an on-time, fall semester opening.

Charter Homes Sales Office. To meet an almost-impossible schedule of forty-five days from project start to grand opening, this Design-Build project repurposed two existing structural modules. Unlike the prefabricated wood modules Charter Homes had used previously, this “permanent yet relocatable” building delivered the high-end aesthetics and upscale amenities essential to sales success at the Charter Homes’ marquee Crescent Community—while providing a lifespan more than five times longer than the old wooden modules.
