Bryn Athyn College's three (3) new student residences are a beautiful blend of old world charm and 21st Century manufacturing technology, constructed off-site by MODLOGIQ. The college's priority was to erect the buildings with as little noise and disruption to the campus as possible -- all before the students arrived for Fall semester. Each building consists of six suites, each housing five-students. Each suite is complete with three bedrooms, bathroom and an open concept ‘living space’ design that features a living room, dining area, kitchen with custom solid cherry cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The faux exterior chimneys house the mechanicals, allowing for space maximization for each suite. The chimneys were fabricated by MODLOGIQ at the plant, erected on site and then cut stone and brick were applied to complete the appearance of a massive chimney. The doors opened on time -- welcoming students to beautiful buildings with all the comforts of home.
