Duties & Responsibilities / Requirements

Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing external, social media, internal communications campaigns, shooting/publishing video content, managing/executing in-person events, reporting results, researching market trends, and contributing ideas that continuously improve the brand's profitability.


  • Publish social media content and report activity/results for LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.

  • Shoot, edit, and publish videos for social media and Sales


  • Develop and execute nurture email campaigns

  • Implement website updates, including information and HR pages as well as press releases and blog posts 

  • Implement and maintain company intranet (Sharepoint)—publish content, photos, dashboards, reports, etc. and moderate social media comments section

  • Execute standalone internal communications, including posters, emails, online forms, etc.

  • Maintain and manage CRM and Marketing Automation platforms (Salesforce and Pardot)

  • Execute a cadence of communications on new projects with blogs, press releases, and nurture email campaigns Communicate campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to sales team while providing instructions on the promotion and/or program use

  • Maintain an inventory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed

  • Research new sources of prospects and industry trends while providing recommendations to marketing and sales leadership.

  • Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, and events by identifying, coordinating, and assembling requirements, procuring estimates, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts, and auditing invoices.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE


  • Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or social media preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field preferred

  • Experience publishing social media content and reporting activity for multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.

  • Experience with photo editing, illustration, and page publishing software, Adobe Creative Cloud preferred

  • Experience with videography and video editing/publishing tools, Premiere Pro preferred

  • Experience with web content management systems, Wix preferred, WordPress

  • Experience with CRM, email, and marketing software/platforms, including Salesforce, MailChimp, and Pardot

  • Full time on-site at our New Holland office

  • Valid driver’s license and able to travel to destinations within the USA

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Knowledge of current industry trends in construction or similar

  • Proficient in analytics and market testing

  • Willingness to try innovative marketing strategies

  • Excellent time management, able to balance many projects at once

  • Have ability to provide experience and information on previous campaigns, projects and timelines overseen and implemented to demonstrate overall capabilities.

  • Pardot, MailChimp, and/or other email marketing software

  • LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and/or other social media platforms

  • Adobe Creative Cloud and/or other content/image development software

  • Adobe Premiere Pro and/or other video editing/publishing software

  • CRM System (Customer Relationship Management), Salesforce a plus

  • SmartSheet project and work management platform

  • Microsoft Office Suite
