Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth broke ground in February 2023 with site prep that included a required retaining wall. At the same time, MODLOGIQ began manufacturing modules at our New Holland, PA plant. This simultaneous approach cut 9 months off the schedule compared to conventional construction.

chose off-site modular construction.

Nineteen modules were installed in just days without impacting the existing ER. An 85% completion level—including plumbing, HVAC, lighting, drywall, doors, windows, flooring, and FF&E, as well as fully-installed fire safety and medical gas and telemetry systems—sped completion for an on-time opening of the new ER facility. In addition, off-site fabrication prevented costly delays due to unfavorable weather conditions and labor availability issues, resulting in the project being significantly under budget, as anticipated cost contingencies and escalations did not have to be exercised.
