We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Project Management to oversee our project management operations. This leadership role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects by managing our talented team of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Assistant Project Managers. The Director of Project Management will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Duties & Responsibilities / Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the project management team. Foster an environment of trust, continuous improvement and high performance.

- Project Oversight: Ensure all projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and budget. Serve as a senior point of contact for project status and resolve high-level project issues.

- Process Improvement: Develop and enhance project management protocols and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

- Risk Management: Identify project risks and implement robust mitigation strategies.

- Client Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

- Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, approve expenditures, and ensure financial targets are met.



- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

- At least 10 years of experience in construction project management, with 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing a project management team.

- Expert knowledge of construction processes, particularly in modular or off-site construction.

- A history of exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in using project management software.

- Embodies optimism, resilience, and persistence.

- Proven track record of building trust & strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Experience managing projects valued at $50M+
