MIT needed to add a childcare center to its Cambridge campus while avoiding disruption to the campus. MODLOGIQ was able to build 85% of the 15,000 square foot facility off-site. Site work was limited to 8 short weeks, an important benefit for the comfort and convenience of the teachers and students who were occupying the existing school. The entire project was completed in just 6 months -- from design to occupancy.
