Cherokee Lane Elementary School is a hybrid project -- with ~65K square feet of off-site modular construction (175 modules) integrated into an overall ~100K square foot footprint. The prototype for Prince George's County Public Schools program to build new, modular schools on the grounds of existing schools they are to replace.
