INDUSTRIAL BUILDING ADDITION

An industrial facility that has high activity was in need of an addition to one of their waste water treatment plants. The structure had to be built with minimal disturbance to the facility. The building materials had to be durable and able to withstand the climate and wear and tear from the employees. ​ In order to fulfill the challenge of speed-to-occupancy, offsite modular construction was the preferred method. A 306 sq. ft. custom modular building was constructed and transported to the site. It was carefully and quickly lowered into position by crane and attached, as planned, to the existing site building. The site disturbance was minimal and the final connections to utilities were completed in a matter of days.
